  • All returnable items must be received within 21 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • You will receive a store credit or an exchange based on the following:
    • A copy of your receipt, noting why you are returning the item
    • The item/s are in their original packing and in sellable condition
    • Your RA#
  • We strongly encourage you to send packages with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.The following items will NOT be accepted for a return or exchange:
    • Items that are on sale for 25% or more are Final Sale
    • Lingerie, Stockings, Swimwear, Cosmetics, Fragrances, & Toiletries
    • Any item that is worn, soiled, altered, or damage by the customer
  • Please note that Shipping Costs are not calculated in the store credit amount issued and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before any returns will be accepted. Please contact Customer Care at to obtain an RA number.
  • If your item arrives damage or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • When requesting a Return Damage Merchandise Authorization (RMDA) for a damage item, please include a detailed description (and picture if possible) when contacting customer care.
