Shipping Information:Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders will be filled based on a first come first serve availability. If an item is ordered and cannot be filled due to inventory. We will backorder your item and notify you via email and/or via telephone. Estimated time of delivery (ETA) will depend upon the shipping method you choose and location of delivery.
Refund and Return Policies:If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return items within 14 days of receipt. Any items received by us after 14 days of the day you originally received them will be eligible for store credit only. Returns for store credit will not be accepted after 21 days. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Returns are accepted through the mail or at our Temptress Fashion store location. All sale items are clearance items and are final sale.

· Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returned or exchanged items.
· APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS as this is the only legal way to get a package to a military installation.
To return by mail:1. Package the item(s) along with the completed Return Form securely. You may use the original box for
the return shipment.
2. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Temptress Fashion is not
responsible for lost return shipments.

the shipping date for the account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on the
